Can anyone help us !!!!

My mother(50yrs old)complained of-excessive bleeding and acute abdominal pain in June 2006.After Ultrasound she was told that there is swelling in her uterus and was suggested for laproscopy.

But during the surgery she was diagonosed with CA-Ovary(III C Stage) on June-2006 followed by a open surgery(Ovaries and fallopian tube removed) and was advised to undergo Chemotherapy.

Until now she has been given 3cyscles of chemotherapy(One cycle with 6 chemo)with diffrent drugs.

In the begining she showed steady decrease in CA-125=1000U/ml to around 32U/ml.
But parrelly she developed DVT in right leg and abscess in right chest wall(which was told is due to side-effect of chemo)

Followed by this doctors put her on steady dosage of Warfarin and treated her right chest wall abscess with a surgery.

Now(June 2008) after 3rd line chemo over her CA-125 has increased to 550 U/ml and Hb is lowered to 9.

Drugs given:
6 chemos-Taclitaxel/Carboplatin
6 chemos-Gencitabine Docetaxel
2 chemos-Liposomal Doxorudicin and inj vip16
3 chemos-Lipodax and ifosfamide

She was given Oral chemotherapy in April 2008-
*Chlorombucil(10mg)--3cycles.(CA-125 increased)
*Altramine(100mg)--tablet was stopped as she had vomitting.

Now she has complaints of vomitting(greenish and yellowish colour.She is not able to take anything.Now NS Fluids and Emeset injections has been given which is not helping her with any improvement.

Can anyone help to suggest any treatment,which can help her......
